  • Your handpiece will undergo our meticulous cleansing process to remove debris from air/water lines & exhaust lines. All debris will be removed from head & back cap for maximum repair efficiency.
  • Replacement of dental bearings, Orings, wave washers, impeller. Standard chuck replaced if needed. (Please note if your handpiece is equipped with an "Autochuck" turbine, and if the turbine failed chuck strength and/or concentricity tests, we need to install a replacement turbine.)
  • Rear 4/5 hole gasket replaced at no extra charge.
  • Exterior of handpiece to be cleaned and polished (Please note some metals can't be polished).
  • 90 Day warranty on all replacement parts.
  • If any additional parts or repairs are needed beyond what is described above, we will contact you prior to making those additional repairs.
  • We always provide a Free Estimate.

  • Having trouble attaching your handpiece to your handpiece line?
  • We will insert new threads on your handpiece body so it screws on like new again.
  • (Some pieces cannot be re-threaded - Please call us first)
  • When a handpiece is accidentally dropped, sometimes the end result is a dented head or body out of alignment.
  • This may cause the handpiece head to heat up during use and/or not function at all.
  • We can remove these dents from the inside of the head and correct the problem.
  • This includes our meticulous cleaning process of your highspeed handpiece inside & out.
  • Removal of debris from air/water lines if needed.
  • Your supplied turbine will then be installed, then tested throughly to make sure it performs 100%.

High Speed Maintenance

  1. Remove handpiece from tubing.
  2. Clean exterior surface and fiberoptics with alcohol. (Do not use harsh cleaners or ultrasonic cleaner.)
  3. Insert a bur, and spray lubricant into air drive port.
  4. Rotate bur between the thumb and forefinger.
  5. Attach handpiece to tubing, cover with paper towel and run.
  6. Examine oil discharge on towel. If discolored, repeat procedure until discharge becomes clear.
  7. Wipe off excess surface oil.
  8. Run for 20 to 30 seconds.
  9. Repeat until all excess oil is expelled from inside handpiece.
  10. Autoclave handpiece following recommended procedures.
  11. Remove handpiece and let cool. (Handpiece must be at room temperature before proceeding.)
  12. Insert a bur, and spray lubricant into air drive port.
  13. Rotate bur between the thumb and forefinger.
  14. Attach handpiece to tubing, and run for 20 to 30 seconds to expel any excess lubrication.

High Speed Lubrication

  1. Lubricate with high viscosity cleaning oil before autoclaving.
  2. Run handpiece 30 seconds to clear excess oil.
  3. Autoclave handpiece following recommended procedures.
  4. Remove handpiece and let cool. (Handpiece must be at room temperature before proceeding.)
  5. Lubricate as noted above.
  6. Spin off excess oil.

High Speed Tips

  • High speed handpieces cannot be over-lubricated.
  • Keep manufacturers recommended procedures on file for reference.
  • Never use pin oil or syringe oil on high speed handpieces.
  • Lubricate before autoclaving.
  • Set air pressure to Manufacturers specifications.

Lube Free High Speed Maintenance

  1. Lubrication is not required.
  2. To clean, remove bur and blow air into chuck.
  3. Insert bur. (Never operate without a bur.)
  4. Run for 20 seconds to flush air and water lines.
  5. Clean exterior surface with alcohol.
  6. Dry thoroughly.
  7. Autoclave handpiece following recommended procedures. (Never submerge handpiece in chemical disinfectants, ultrasonic cleaner or cold sterilants.)
  8. Allow 30 minutes to cool to room temperature.

Low Speed Maintenance

  1. Clean exterior surface with alcohol. (Do not use harsh cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, or introduce cleaner into motor.)
  2. Insert a bur and tighten.
  3. Remove handpiece from tubing.
  4. Add 2 to 3 drops of oil into drive air tube.
  5. Attach handpiece to tubing, and run at high speed for 10 to 20 seconds.
  6. Consult with manufacturer before autoclaving any low speed handpieces for recommended procedures.

Low Speed Lubrication

  1. Add 2 to 3 drops of oil into drive tube.
  2. Insert a bur.
  3. Run handpiece 10 to 20 seconds

Low Speed Tips

  • Lubricate after each use.
  • Keep manufacturers recommended procedures on file for reference.
  • Never autoclave detachable motors.
  • Set air pressure to manufacturers specifications.
  • Use high viscosity lubricating and cleaning oil.
